There is a 3-night minimum stay at the per night price during the spring and fall off-seasons. Weekend prices are a little higher per night, if you only want Friday and Saturday night. For weekly summer rentals, check in time is Monday after 3pm and checkout is noon on Sunday. Check-in and checkout times cannot be changed, as cleaning and maintenance staff need scheduled allotted time to have access to the property. We only rent per week during the summer.

Please bring your own sheets and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. There are mattress protectors on the beds that are not to be removed. You are to take your garbage and recycling to the waste transfer station or bring it with you. You must leave the house clean and in the condition in which it was received. You can bring a dog, but an additional cleaning charge of $75 will be added to the amount owing. There is a maximum of two dogs.

There is a security deposit due upon booking: $400 for a weekly rental and $200 for 2-5 nights. This fee plus 40% of the rental fees will reserve your vacation time. The remaining amount of your invoice is to be paid one month prior to your arrival. Your security deposit will be returned 7-10 days after your rental ends and the property has been cleared of any damage.

Additional fees that may be taken from your security deposit—if the trash and/ or recyclables are not removed, it will cost you $20. Internet overage fees run $20-$50. As long as you don't download/ stream  videos you'll be fine. Steam carpet cleaning for pet messes or spills that cannot be cleaned through regular vacuuming will be an additional $50.

Preferred payment method is through e-transfer or personal cheque. 13% HST must be added to your bill (#731121729 RT0001). Credit card and Paypal payments can be accepted, although the processing fees charged by these companies must be paid by the renter. This is rounded down to the nearest ten dollars, depending on what is owed. All money must be cleared before your rental will be confirmed. In addition, all renters must sign a contract. It can be downloaded from the reservations page. Your booking will not be complete unless this signed contract has been received and ALL the information filled out.

Cancellations must be done at least 60 days prior to your stay. If we can fill your spot we will gladly return your deposit minus a $40 admin fee. If we cannot find a suitable renter, then both your booking deposit of 40% and your security deposit are forfeited.
